The IT Manager is responsible for the supervision of analyst, administrator and technician staff, and¬ coordination of installation of distributed systems hardware.¬  Responsibilities also include configuration, maintenance, and support of network operating systems, telephone systems, AS400 hardware, application support, server operating systems and all other related operating systems. Responsibilities also include design, planning and management for all areas of network infrastructure including long term strategy for specific platforms. Primary focus is customer satisfaction, system reliability and adherence to corporate computing standards. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Supports regional manager in any and all aspects of departmental operations.¬  Acts as IT point of contact and coordination for all projects and support issues.¬  May act as departmental point of contact in the absence of the director.

  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training and providing professional development opportunities for distributed systems staff members.

  • Daily supervision of staff, coordination with Help Desk, Provides support for other IT operations group on a project and/or daily basis to ensure acceptable customer satisfaction levels.¬ 

  • Coordinate and manage the installation, support and maintenance of infrastructure equipment to support enterprise future business growth and the movement and/or expansion of enterprise units or related networking devices as described by departmental policies and standards. This will include support of remote locations and properties as well as on mountain support.¬ 

  • Responds to problems called in and repair the malfunctioning equipment and leased circuits quickly. Support and troubleshooting of network devices and operating systems and related software are fundamental for this support role. After hours work and on-call support as required.

  • Coordinates and performs installations, relocation, and re-installation as well as any other related requests (Adds/Moves/Changes) with end users and other IT team members.¬  Will require some lifting, carrying and operation of company vehicles.

  • Plans and coordinates the purchase of personal computer hardware, server hardware, network devices and other equipment according to department standards and procedures.¬  Provides project management / tracking to insure the project and day-to-day work schedules are being met.¬  Create, maintain and update documentation as needed for compliance with company computer related standards.

  • Maintains vender relationships, procures pricing and technical specifications for equipment and projects on a continuing basis. Strategic planning as related to vendor direction and future technological changes is necessary.

  • Strong team working effort in project management and implementation is needed to ensure proper communication and coordination with all of IT and key departments.¬  Maintains relationships with key departments and departmental contacts as needed for successful implementation of projects and maintenance schedules.

  • Performs at or above the Information Technologies performance standards.¬  Fulfills departmental requirements in terms of providing work coverage and administrative notification during periods of personnel illness, PTO, MTO, or education.



  • 5 years minimum experience in network support and administration.

  • 5 years minimum supervisory experience. Strong leadership and supervisory skills required.

  • Microsoft certifications preferred.

  • Strong understanding of Cisco operating systems. Cisco certifications preferred.

  • Strong understanding of WAN and LAN technologies required.

  • Advance understanding and troubleshooting skills required for network protocols.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as excellent oral and written skills are required.¬  Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential.

  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised within all levels of the department and corporation.

  • After hours support and maintenance, on-call duties and on-mountain work assignments are required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
