The Hyatt Place Keystone is an upscale select service hotel offering 103 guestrooms, an open food market with made-to-order meals and snacks available around the clock, free WiFi, and a well-equipped fitness center. Hyatt Place Keystone in the Rocky Mountains is steps away from the Mountain House base of Keystone Ski Resort, minutes away from the main River Run Village of Keystone Ski Resort and close proximity to the Keystone Conference Center.

The Kitchen Team Lead manages day to day operations of the kitchen and assists the GM in operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training, motivating, and retaining team members

  • Assisting with ordering, stocking, rotation of product, inventory, costing, pricing, and general kitchen organization and maintenance

  • Communicate proper sanitation standards and directions to employees and co-workers

  • Assist with development and implementation of pars, order guides, recipes, checklists, etc.

  • Coordinating banquet scheduling and report-outs

  • Opening and closing duties as required

  • Some outside work might be required

  • Additional duties as identified

Job Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree - preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in F&B - required

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in F&B - required

  • Servsafe or ability to obtain upon hire - required

  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs - required

  • Able to work with standard exposure to noise, chemicals, etc

  • Basic computer knowledge - required

  • Willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary - required

  • Able to provide own slip-resistant shoes prior to first day of work

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
