Daily duties involve heating already prepared soups (delivered from our Conference Center) baking rolls, and keeping food clean and safe. General upkeep of kitchen facility including washing dishes, taking out garbarge. Answering nutritional values: Gluten free, vegetarian food, allergens (we get that from the chefs). This person must also help out at the rental shop counter during busy times. This mean they must know all the programs and will need to answer the phone for inquiries. Must be able to outfit people in the shop, give directions, help with the bindings.

Qualifications:

Experience in F+B helpful. General knowledge of kitchen operation and food safety (can take in house training). General knowledge of the sport of cross country, equipment, and good guest service.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
