Attraction Attendant - Adventure Center Ice Rink - Winter Seasonal - Keystone Resort

The Keystone Adventure Center is home to the largest Zamboni-maintained outdoor ice rink in North America. The Adventure Center team strives to provide a magical experience to our guests each and every day. Are you service-oriented, enthusiastic, and have a passion for ice skating or the mountains? Do you have experience in customer service, cash handling, or food and beverage? The attraction attendant is responsible for a variety of tasks, including providing excellent customer service, renting ice skates, and light food and beverage at the snack bar.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Greet each guest with a smile

  • Assist customers with skate rentals

  • Complete cash and credit card sales on point of sale

  • Complete sales at the snack bar, including alcohol sales

  • Monitor ice rink to enforce rules and safety guidelines, including acting as a skate guard if intermediate level skater or above

  • Light cleaning and basic maintenance

  • Assist with special events¬ 

  • Snow removal on the ice rink and paths/stairs around the Adventure Center

  • Able to work in both a fast and slow paced environment

Job Qualifications:



  • High School degree- preferred

  • One year previous cash handling experience ‚€“ preferred

  • Previous guest service experience ‚€“ preferred

  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays ‚€“ required

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

  • Able to stand for long periods of time

  • Fluent in the English language, both written and verbal ‚€“ required

  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification- preferred

  • Current TIPS certification or the ability to obtain certification within 60 days of hire- required¬ 

  • Previous experience in food and beverage including alcohol sales ‚€“ preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
