Essential Job Functions:
Manage call center and satellite desk operations to book & check in activities & dinning for Mountain, Hospitality and 3rd party vendors.
Communicate and partner with outlet managers and 3rd party contractors to build and maintain positive and efficient working relationship.
And ensure agents have accurate operational information about all the activities to provide exceptional service.
Responsible for financial management of the operation including developing the budget and obtaining contribution goals.
Includes labor and expense tracking and reporting variances and forecasting product development and setup for Keystone recreation departments they book for and all 3rd party activities.
As well monitor and track call center statistics to manage and staff to meet resort and call center standards.
Qualifications:
- 1 year ticket sales/cash handling
- 2 years RPOS experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Basic accounting is mandatory, as well as excellent organizational skills; must attend mandatory company sponsored training workshop; must possess knowledge of all systems, procedures and operations; must adhere to all VRI policies, procedures and safety issues
- Prior supervisory experience
The budgeted range starts at $45,000 - $55,250
annual bonus.
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
